No call, no show...

Very lame...

It's kinda fun when an opportunity presents itself to work with someone who's out of your bubble, to not only get a couple fun shots but to meet a new contact. So, you contact them with full business diplomacy only to be put on hold till after the weekend. Contact resumes, conflicting schedule = rearrange your schedule + turn down other new plans. While waiting for the confirmation call the night before you start the p/t model prep (cause unlike f/t models we're not 100% all the time); jog, shower, clothes, hair, accessories, concept + pose run through. K, ready now where the hell is that confirmation call you said you'd do?

No call, no message. But I can see you've been online. Lame.

Really, schedules change or maybe you simply changed your mind. I don't give a shit, but common you're screwing with my schedule & my babysitters schedule. Have some consideration and at least let me know you're canceling.

I have tried incredibly hard throughout my time modeling to be reliable, dependable and to be on time (if not early). And I expect the same kind of respect from anyone I'm working with; be reliable or at least upfront that you're flaking. *steam shoots out ears*

.end rant.

haha, I don't feel too bad about it. C'est la vie.

He wasn't a local and I suspect his travel plans changed, not that that excuses not calling. But really it happens to the best of us. And it just proves that it's not only models that can be unprofessional lame-os.
